The Origin Of Bird Nest

Bird nest is one of the top precious traditional food supplements among Chinese. Bird nest can be 0 differentiated by the content of swiftlet saliva combined with other substances (like feathers) of ordinary swallows and golden swallows. The protein and nutritive value of golden swallows is the highest.

Bird nest can be differentiated into 2 types, through the time of collection, "Guan Yan" and "Mao Yan. Once the childs flew, the nest wont be use anymore and will build a new nest for second process of laying eggs. A mother swallows uses roughly 40 - 45 days to finish to build a nest. The elder the swallow is, the bigger and better nest they can make.
